Lt. Frank Luke - France, 1918
Frank Luke was the second highest scoring American ace during WW1 with a score of 18 air to air victories (14 of these were balloons).  Luke was on of the most daring pilots of all time, often flying alone, against orders, into combat.  His skillful flying led to him receiving a medal of honor and two distinguished service crosses.  In September of 1918, Luke was wounded by ground fire, emergency landed his plane, and fended off German infantry with his side arm until succumbing to his wounds.
Luke’s reckless attitude and arrogance in the skies is considered by some the birth of the daring combat aviators mentality to risk his life for the love of flying and combat.

Wow inspiration of passion

My thoughts go out go anybody who has been affected by the tragic crash of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17. Thinking about this accident truly makes me feel sick and deeply saddened. (x)(x)

This…this is the world we all live in. The horrors of what currently mankind does. The thoughts and minds behind it sicken me, it should for you too
